NGO Support

Debbas is committed to continued financial and promotional support of Himaya, a Lebanese non-governmental organization which helps abused children. Mrs. Debbas founded this organization in 2009 and is active as a board member. Himaya's mission is to protect children from physical, psychological and sexual abuse, as well as neglect. Through our e-newsletters and fund raising at company locations, our employees and customers are encouraged to support the NGO's activities. Moreover, each year, Debbas employees take part in the Beirut Marathon to raise funds for - and increase public awareness of this charity. Around the motto "break the silence", Himaya provides practical programs all over Lebanon for parents, teachers and children, to identify and deal with the problem of child abuse.
