Cesar Debbas
Chairman

Cesar has obtained an Executive Management degree from INSEAD Business School in 2012. He completed an MBA in Marketing and Innovation in 1991 and a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering in 1984 from Syracuse University, in New York State. In 1986, he joined Debbas Group and Managed, Multiple Divisions in trading and manufacturing in Beirut and the Gulf. In 1999, he became the Managing Director of Bang & Olufsen, Lebanon.
He was appointed General Manager of Cesar Debbas & Fils in 2012, he had participated in the restructuring and expansion of the Debbas lighting business. In 2021, he was appointed as Chairman of Debbas International Holding SAL.

Emilio Khayat
CEO

Emilio studied Political Economics and International Finance at the Luigi Bocconi University in Milan. Coming from ALGO in Kuwait where he held the position of Operations Manager, he joined Debbas Group in 2006 in Dubai as Managing Director of Debbas Electric LLC, before heading the UAE operations. In 2010, he became Vice-President of the GCC operations of the Group. Within the span of less than 10 years, Emilio grew the company's team and turnover in the UAE more than eightfold.
He was appointed CEO of Debbas International Holding SAL in 2017.
